DC's Earth 3's Dr Cold WIP

In Earth 3, the good guys are bad and the bad guys aren't exactly heroes either.  They are sometimes heroes by default.  In this Earth Victor Fries worked for Owlman as an engineer creating various technologies, a result of blackmail by Owlman who had discovered Fries had killed his mother..  When his wife was dying Victor abandoned all other projects to save her, ultimately using his experimental cryogenic freezing.  Owlman had discovered this though, and to make an example of Fries he interrupted the process causing the death of Nora Fries, and the accident that made Victor unable to survive outside of below 0 temps. Fries became Dr. Cold on that day.  He built a suit that would not only keep him alive but boost his strength and agility.  He also built Cold Guns that would freeze people and objects.  He has often partnered with another default hero, Scarecrow.  He has also fought with other Anti Crime Syndicate groups.  His ultimate goal is to not stop the Syndicate, not save humanity, only to make Owlman suffer.  Force him through the same process that makes Victor unable to live a normal life, make him watch as his loved ones die around him, and then kill him.  (Crane just enjoys controlling people with his drugs.)  However, in some battle that took place before Earth 3 was destroyed, Fries finally confronted Owlman.  But in the end Owlman destroyed his life support freezing suit and Fries died.  This version of Mr. Freeze is more of a agile assassin.  His suit his lighter weight, and he has lots of Cold Guns.
