Earth 2's Sky Gal

She is the re-imagining of Sky Man/Star Man/Star Girl/Star Spangled-Kid/BulletMan/Bullet Woman/Bulleteer/old Batman bad guy Star-Man, sort of taking a few elements from them but mostly Sky Man and Bulleteer.
Alix Kent Pemberton was born into a rich family, a life which bored her.  She was a troubled young socialite. Parties and stealing.  She tried to steal an artifact from a museum but was stopped by Batman, Robin, and Catwoman.  This arrest altered the coarse of her life.  They went easy on her because she reminded them of Catwoman and their daughter.  Alix then enlisted in the World Army.  She was assigned to the science police division because she showed an aptitude for science, specifically astronomy which she kept her love for a secret from her friends and family.  Her research into Boom Tubes and their radiation and Stars, tracking Darksied’s stars and such, yielded very few useful results for the World Army but did lead to her discovery about stars, star energy, gravity effected by star radiation, and so on.  After that she teamed up with another World Army scientist named Dr. Davis Harrower.  Together their research found a way to harness that energy.  A belt was constructed which allowed the wearer to fly.  This led to the belt being extended over the whole body into a suit.  The suit could now fly and gave the wearer the ability to alter his/her mass, allowing that person to increase their strength, speed, and channel energy.  This Earth 2 version of Alix Kent Pemberton used the suit during the second invasion slightly, locally, as Sky Gal.  But the two continued to tinker with the suit until she ultimately became encased in a liquid nanotech version of the suit that became his/her skin.  It was actually all Dr. Harrower’s fault.  He was tested the suit with advancements from Darkeid Apocalyptian technology and didn’t ask or tell Alix Kent Pemberton about it.  Unable to remove the suit now it became her skin.  She was ultimately contacted by Green Lantern and asked to join the Society’s Infinity project.  (oh, and she could be Italian and all this took place in Italy.)  Dr. Harrower could also try and recreate the suit and use it himself and become the sort of archenemy of this Sky Gal character.  Why Sky “Gal?”  Because it just roles off the tongue Skyman Skygal, that’s all.  Still a name in progress though.
